Gear Review
Sweetness.

Ranked #1 - Men's Softshell Jackets

This is simply an extremely well-made jacket. There is very little to seperate a lot of the big gear companies, but Marmot consistently proves themselves among the best because the pay attention to the little things, which makes the whole package just that much better. The back of this jacket is lined with a thin fleece, but the front and neck are lined with DriClime, which is amazingly comfortable and far warmer than fleece. It's warm enough to be worn by itself until below freezing, and combine that with a high collar in the back and you have a winner. The fit is athletic, but it has plenty of room to layer a 200 weight fleece or a micro-pile jacket underneath. True to size. I'm 5'9" and 145 and the small fits beautifully. A little heavy, but a winter-weight softshell, so it's tough and will keep you warm down to fairly low temperatures.
