I have the 2010 model. The warmest jacket I own. I'd probably shop a little more now if I were in the market for this type of jacket. I wish it had pit zips because after shoveling some snow I was soaking wet inside. Its not a long cut in the back. It can ride up like others have said. It compresses down pretty well into a nice little bag if your into this. Its a nice looking jacket. I like the bigger fleece lined chest pocket and handwarmer pockets. Some other brands give you these small non fleece lined pockets which are just a bitch. Overall I'd give this review 4 stars. I dont need/want the hood or I would have upgraded. If it had pit zips this jacket hands down would get over 5 stars. In fact, if MH ever redesigned this jacket keeping everything the same but added nice long pit zips, I'd donate my old jacket to the poor tomorrow and pick up the newer version. Dont give me this "it adds weight bs" just add the pit zips. Overall great jacket though.
