Essential Fall-Winter Spring Layer that Deflects Wind/Rain /Light Snow

i wear this for running, dog walking, biking, and bus duty in the wind and rain. light, quiet, windproof, rain resistant in all but heavy rains or blizzards. breaths better than other rain shells and zipped all the way to chin the the hood stays up and your hair stays dry. i wear a rainproof cap also, to keep water out of my eyes. i have worn this under track jackets, denim or mid and heavy weight fleece and over power stretch fleece or light to heavy weight wool. the medium fits my size 6-8, 5'7" 125 pound frame perfectly. has worked layered one way or another in every temperature. one complaint is the lack of pocket in front somewhere. the mp3 player pocket is fine, but a pain to use. thumb holes are essential, wipes at cuffs or at least i use them as such. would buy the pants, gloves, and hat if they made them.
