I'm a guy, but I couldn't pass up the deal on steep and cheap and said why not. There is no hole for peeing, and the foot holes are tiny, but besides that I think they work great for a guy. Ive used these skiing and touring as well as some cold nights in the back of my truck. Although they are thin, I think that there very warm.
