Tough

Ranked #191 - Hydration Packs - Small

This bag is tough. Had some run-ins with the slick rocks in Moab with no wear or tear observable on the fabric. It stores a good amount of water and stays put when biking. The insulation ability of the bag is great. I fill my bag with about 1 liter of ice, 1 liter of water and there's still plenty of ice in the bag after 6 hours in 80 degree temp. Compared to the Dakine 18L, the ice melted in about 4 hours.
What this loses out on is storage space. While the Dakine has a bunch of pockets and compartments this one only has 2.
If you're getting it for hydration and/or back protection this is the pack for you. If you're looking for storage, you may want to consider others.
