I was very skeptical at start. it look like not more then a gadget. but it eas my birthday so i say to my self way not haveing fun...after a one running with them I see it is no gadget at all! it work! I can go faster and longer with no afert. I'm runinng for 1.5 hour on hard terain and long up hills. this r the best running tight I ever use in my life!!!!
