The family grows and so does my tent

Ranked #903 - 3-Season Tents

My family expanded by one this year and our two person tent just wasn't cutting it. Then I realized that I won't be hiking with all three, only car camping, so why not go big? I can't believe I didn't buy a big car camping temt a long time ago! The XT 4 has SO much room inside, yet really doesn't weight like a gaint family tent. My scale at home (With stuff sack, poles, fly, & stakes) comes in at just under 7 lbs, not too hefty. Set up is petty friendly, with the clips there is no running poles through a sleave. Overall this tent is great and it's the one for you if your looking for a family tent. My only concern is the hardware, the hardwarre doesn't have any problems, and is well designed, but it is specialized and finding replacements in the future my be an issue.
