Layering tip

By Ranked #217 - Ski Gloves November 9, 2010

So yeah, you already know that these gloves are the business. Here's a little tip regarding the removable liner.

When touring, I often find that I need a windproof glove to block the wind, but my hands get far too warm when using the Hestras. Instead of packing two sets of gloves, I remove the inner liners, and use a set of super-thin wool liners from smartwool/icebreaker instead. At the top, I add the normal Hestra liners, which are dry and warm, and can even use the wool liners inside them if it's really cold.
