Wouldn't leave home without it.

I bought mine before my first deployment to Iraq. It served me well in pre-deployment training, providing excellent altitude readings during my land nav course. It held up very well during the deployment, with the only casualty being the bezel - it broke off after getting smacked against the armor of my vehicle during a firefight. I haven't missed the bezel much - the compass feature doesn't require it, and other than looking like it's been through a battle, it functions perfectly. I'm now almost through with my second deployment (Afghanistan this time) and my Vector hasn't skipped a beat yet. I bought it when the model was relatively new, and paid quite a bit more than it goes for now, but I consider it money well spent. It's a tough watch that does everything it advertises - and it won't shy away from a lot of rough knocks.
