I am 5-9 and 140 lbs. Usually wear a small but bought a medium based on other reviews. Cut might be strange but is perfect for me. Finally a jacket with long enough sleeves! I have 38 inch hips and it wouldn't fit if the hips were any bigger. It's perfect for layering as there is enough room to fit layers underneath. It's lightweight and bright - perfect for biking in the dark. And I really like the hood.
