SmartWool NTS Midweight 1/4-Zip Top - Long-Sleeve

This is a great midweight baselayer from SmartWool. I have had mine now for four years and have not been disappointed with it. I use this as my baselayer when my Capilene 2 is not adequate for the temperature. The wool is super smooth and causes no irritation. Zipper allows me to ventilate when needed. When layered it performs very well(remember to stagger your zipper). I am 6'1", 180 lbs and the large fits me very well.

Another perk of this "baselayer" is it can double as a nice sweater(depending upon color)! I have actually used this more when walking around town during the winter or watching soccer games. SmartWool did a great job in making it stylish enough to serve a double purpose. If you take that into consideration, you are essentially paying $40 for two products.
