I just could not, and cannot, get used to the taste of Accelerade. I have friends who swear by it (to whom I gave this, by the way), but I just cannot stomach it, especially with the reduced appetite I sometimes get at altitude anyway, as I use a sports drink for backpacking. I prefer Vitalyte or any of the Hammer Nutrition drinks., but if this works for you, enjoy...
