Really close

I bought these hoping they'd be the answer to my casual shoe dilemma: I want the comfort of a sandal but I need my toes covered (they're gnarly plus I don't like seeing people's toes all the time). Alas, this is almost but not quite. The toe box is almost too roomy, making it look a little clunky at size 10. The colors could have been made a little less flashy. The strap could be made to attach in different places, to avoid the Mary Jane look. If the toe box were a little trimmer looking, and the colors a little more neutral, this would have been a go. No arch support, but I didn't expect any.
