Bliss Hammocks

I purchased one of BlissHammock's weave hammocks, about a $170 hammock and after 3 months in beautiful California weather it began to gather on the edges. Realigning them made no difference as they quickly separated once again. It was uncomfortable to lay on and dangerous for any size child. My 3 year old nephew laying with his mother accidentally ended up with his head hanging through the bottom of the hammock. I spoke with Bliss customer service and asked for a simple replacement for the then 4 month/ perfect condition hammock and was told that the best they could offer was a 25% discount on a new one. After many emails and explanations their offer remained. Do not purchase any product from this company!
