This is a super cute piece. On sizing, I say always go for the 6M option as it seems to fit only slightly bigger than the 3M and you can hope to get a couple of seasons out of it since it's a vest. Patagonia vests may or may not keep our daughter comfy but they definitely are the cutest piece of clothing that she owns. Just like a mini version of the adult classic fleece.
