New cap is a problem...but fixed...

Spring cap on one of 3 1L bottles broke on my 1st outing. Called Backcountry and they were more than willing to take them back but they recommended I call Brunton. I called Brunton and they explained that they had to change the design for new "child proof" design regulations and are planning a redesign of the cap...but they had the old cap around and shipped me 3 solid one piece parts that are perfect. Great experience both on the part of Backcountry and Brunton to stand behind making the customer happy. I can live with issues when companies take care of their customers.
