Awesome vest if you can see over the collar

When I use the vest as a baselayer for under a jacket I like it, but when I run, I just want the vest and the collar is crazy big/tall. It hits the bottom of my ears if you can believe it. The material is awesome and the only complaint I have is with the collar height. In my opinion, it does run a bit on the larger size. I am 165 lbs, and 5' 8" tall and I take a small. It is just the tiniest bit snug, but a Medium is far too large for me.
