It's a nice-looking shoe, and I really hated to return it. But you don't wear socks with a shoe that's meant to go in the water, and I knew immediately that this one, sorely lacking in padding, would never cut it to walk through creeks and then slog over the gravels and cobbles of Grand Canyon washes. Too bad.
