I love MontBell's gear - really well made and designed to do what is advertised. Very lightweight jacket, sizing seems fine to me, I think some people are just a little odd in how they are put together, cannot blame a company for that. You can always send it back even though you have to pay for shipping. I think the durability of this jacket may not be great but it does not really sell itself as such. Adjustable cuffs is a plus, adjustable waist is a plus and some tougher material in abrasion areas all combine for a great jacket. I would not use it for bushwacking....but as a warm down jacket for backpacking or walks on cold days - absolutely!

I believe this person is right about the durability not being the highest on the market. If you want something durable that you want to wear in all weather conditions while bushwhacking, look elsewhere. If you want something SUPER SUPER warm and SUPER SUPER light, this is the way to go. However, this jacket isn't something you have to worry about tearing every time you put it on either. This is an outdoors company and this jacket is made for the outdoors.
