Very comfortable for trails!!

Really like these shoes. Tried a lot of pairs for trails and these work great for quick leg turnover and for mountain roads or trail. A very minimal type of shoe. Perfect for people who need some pronation support without all the bulk. I wear a half size up in all running shoes, these you can too, but you can wear your normal size, however it would be a comfy snug fit if that's your preference. I also have some over use ITB problems and it doesn't come up while I wear these. Love that!!!
