Rossignol Phantom Pro RC112 Ski
By Mark Parrett

Who knows why Rossi stopped making this ski. It is not as friendly as the S7 or S6 and will happily have your ACL for lunch if you aren't telling it exactly what to do. The ski flexes a touch softer than old B squads, but only because of the tip. From the contact point this ski feels every bit as stiff as a squad and makes an XXL feel like a child's toy. Mine called for old school Solly all-metal 916's, and that is what I gave them. This setup generally brings the gapers to tears.
