holy cow is this a good shoe. merits: super wide toe box!!! it is pretty breathy. it looks great. it has a very good feel for long distance walking. i got a pair of montrail sabino trail, and these replaced some north face boa model. the vasque is hecka better in its stride quality. much more stable and yet cushioning than either. there really is no comparison, the vasque blur totally dominates the other two. i use these on 10-20 mile walks and hikes.
