A flexible and supportive shoe with ample cushioning. They are light, comfortable and breathe well. The forefoot is just thin enough to feel the trail and may let an occasional stinger through. For me they fit true to size. I typically wear Inov-8 Terroc 330s and made the transition without any issues. Overall they have a similar ride, but this is a slightly beefier shoe. The lacing system works fine and is highly adjustable allowing a semi-customizable fit. It has little benefit over traditional lacing in my book, but it works. The out sole has performed well on wet rocky northeast trails.
