The North Face Heckler Backpack

I am not personally to impressed with this pack. It doesnt seem to fit right. Since there is no chest strap the shoulder straps continually slide so you have to hold them the entire time you are hiking. The back is not vented so I am sure this is not a pack you will want to use in the summer. The overall shape of it looks very strange to me and it does not seem to make good use of space. The material is almost like heavier polyester than North Face typically uses and is 100% not water proof. The front compression ties broke the first time I used the pack, its just not cut out for any heavy use. I actually wish I never bought this pack, and if it were the first North Face pack I bought I might not have ever purchased another. The North Face makes some of the best gear but this pack misses the mark completely.
