Another excellent item from Arcteryx , quality of workmanship and fabric is 5*. I am always in between sizes with their products, "L" tops are always slightly too big. However LT Zip is almost too tight! I am 5.10 and ~ 185 and this top is like second skin. I don't understand Arcteryx's sizing, total lack of consistency.

They are very consistent. Pieces are tailored to be base layers, mid insulating layers, or outer layers, and each is explicity tailored to perform its function. This is a base layer and is meant to be worn clinging to the skin to absorb the sweat and wick it to the surface for evaporation. Some of their jackets are cut in an athletic fit to be worn over light layers, and some are cut full to be worn over thick insulating layers.
