Like the shirt, not the V neck collar. I got the white for biking to work on hot sunny days (note that it's more of an eggshell color). So far so good - wicks really well. I wanted to use it for layering with casual clothes, but the V in the collar is not centered with the shirt and looks goofy under a button up. I've had the same problem with one of their merino base-layers. I'd prefer a simple crew neck collar instead.

Agreed. I ordered a couple. Fit was great but the trim under the v was off-center on both. Being OCD, I couldn't help but fixate on this admittedly minor detail. Regular crewneck and this would be a solid piece, for layering or wearing by itself.
