Picture Navy Pier in Chicago on July 4th 2007-hot & lots of walking. A recent diagnosis of plantar fasciitis & severe tendinosis in my feet. I bought expensive $120 Etonic walking sneakers for this vacation & for regular foot wear due to my condition. Well, not to far into the start of Navy Pier the sneakers made my feet hot & burn. I could not walk anymore. There was a shoe shop at the pier and I bought the Teva Mush for about $20. So much for the $120 Etonics. My foot doctor had given me a list of "good shoes" and I remembered Teva on the list. I had immediate cool relief once my foot was out of that sneaker and I was able to walk up & down Navy Pier like a normal tourist. Fast forward 3 years to 2010 and I just ordered my replacement pair from this site ! I hated to pitch my pair from 2007 but they were finally curling up. I eagerly await my new pair any day now. I wear these stylish flip flops all year except in the Iowa winter.
I love to wear them as my house slippers. Also for mall shopping and normal daily life. Why this shoe cradles my feet so I can stand for long periods of time mystifies me ? I couldn't even keep the Etonics on for more than 40 minutes !
Try this Teva Mush. The sole is so cushiony and molds to your body weight and walking style. The support they offer will amaze you. All for under $25 ! I picked the gardenia wedgewood since I wear jeans every day.
