Ranked #683 - Weekend Packs (3000-4500 cu in)
June 29, 2010
Couldn't be happier with the Quest. Super comfortable & super tough (I gave it a beating in February during an ice storm on the Chattooga Trail. It handled being dragged through endless blow-downs like a pro!)
I especially like the reverse compression straps, which are very useful for strapping bulky gear like climbing rope or snowshoes to the outside of the pack.
I can agree with a con listed by a previous reviewer; the chest snaps came off during the initial adjustment, but have stayed put ever since. My only real gripe is that the hydration pocket is a little tight... but then again I'm asking it to hold a 6-liter Dromedary!
Highly recommend this pack to anyone!
