All I can say is 20g of protein in a bar that tastes like a girl scout thin mint cookie! Chocolate mint is the best post ride protein bar I have every tried. I am sold. No more gross shake for me. We bought a box for a Portland to San Fransisco ride and they were the first thing to be eaten. Highly recommended!

Chocolate Mint is ULTRA delicious! Lemon, and also Peanut Butter, are right up there as well!

Seriously! The Chocolate Mint is the way to go. I've never had something with so much protein that's as tasty as these bars. Stellar mid-ride/recovery snack, since it takes up no space at all.
