Am Liking My First

Ranked #675 - Men's Rain Jackets

My first Arc'teryx jacket. I'm 6'1" & 175 lbs and the size Large fits well, allows enough room for the Montane 2.0 Prism jacket underneath for warmth but note that the waist is very slightly tapered. So far I've only had it out in the rain for short periods but it is indeed waterproof. The zips and seams all appear to be in good, solid working order. Unlike some reviewers I find that it folds up sufficiently small and am fine with the one front pocket (not sure why anyone would order this jacket and then complain about that feature?) Of the two pits zips only one goes all the way to the hem but after many uses I think I would have liked both of them to go all they way down (even if it did add a little extra weight) although this is not a deal breaker for me. I really do like the functionality and good looks of this item and plan to continue to use it as my go to multi-purpose jacket.
