Stove useless withoug gas

By Ranked #517 - Canister Stoves June 19, 2010

I'm sure I'll love my Optimus Cruxlite stove. Only problem is that all I have is the stove. Can't find gas for it anywhere.

The Optimus Crux stove uses ONLY Lindal valve (screw-on) type, compressed gas, fuel canisters made by @ least nine manufacturers including Brunton, Coleman, Jetboil, Kovea, Markill, MSR, Optimus, Primus, Snow Peak, etc. These canisters can be found in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, western Europe, Japan, & Korea. With this being said, you shouldn't have any problems finding fuel for your Crux/Cruxlite @ any backpacking store & even Walmart.
