Very fine glasses, with the Ti frames and VR28-black iridium lenses. I din't know what to to make of these at first, very dark and a strange red tint. I'm thinking, what's that red for? So, I asked Oakley and they explained that VR28 is designed to block blue light. Once I understood that, the red didn't bother me any more. And they do work on blue light haze, that's for sure. Light transmission is only 9%, so they are great for super bright sunlight and especially glare and blue light haze. As long as you understand that VR28 is for blue light, you will like them. They are not good for all-around use and not designed for that. For all-around use in intense light, neutral black iridium is the way to go. All that said, these are fine glasses. The combination of black iridium on the outside and VR28 on the inside works for me; when blue light is a problem. If it isn't then VR28 is not the best choice.
