Love this dress / skirt

I bought one in black and a second in the funky blue northern lights. You can slide the skirt up, unfold the waste line and you have yourself a very flattering and fun strapless dress, (that lays just above the knee... not too short). You can go for a hike with friends in the skirt and then raise it up for a night on the town. LOVE it!
