I just spent 30 days winter camping in AK on this pad. I love it! I've never slept so well before on a camping trip. It's thick so you don't 'bottom' out and it insulates much better than other inflatables. The snow under my tentmates melted out and mine wasn't effected. Sleeping well is key to performance in the mountains, this pad is well worth the expense in my opinion.

Damn! Overnight camping trip and my pads baffles blew out causing the pad to bloat at my feet. Really strange! Hoping this is just a rare case since this is one of my favorite new pieces of gear. Warranty dept, here I come.

i have two of these well three if you count the seven. i bought one and picked one up from a scratch and dent at rei with a blown baffle because i knew they had a lifetime warranty. got it replaced in a week fast no questions asked. awesome customer service from their people never had a problem with either since using three years now
