Gear Review
waterproof shell on the cheap
By Rick Willauer
Ranked #825 - Men's Rain Jackets

Picked up one of these for dirt cheap and I love it. Wear it most days as a windshell and it works well. Have had it around town in the rain a couple times didn't soak at all and kept me dry. Had it on in a pretty good pour while riding home from campus and stayed drive as well. The hood is great! Has the "halo" style tightening cord so that the hood moves when your head moves. great feature!
