I love the hood on this jacket. It is extra large so you can wear a hoodie under it and still the hoodie hood stays dry.

Does the hood hide your entired head of hair. I have a lot of thick, wavy hair and it hates rain. I need to completelyi hide my hair. The last jacket I bought did not and I had to return it. Does it run true to size as well?
