Great Top, Loooong Sleeves

My sentiments echo those of most previous reviewers. The fabric is fantastic. Merino wool is a wonderful, warm, comfortable base layer that won't develop odor issues like polypropylene. The dimensions of the garment, however, are a bit unusual. I'm 5'9", 150 pounds with an athletic build and a +2 ape index. I ordered the medium and it fits perfectly in all areas except for sleeve length; the thumb holes rest about two inches beyond my thumbs. I considered returning the product for a size small, but I suspect the fit may be too tight.
Anyhow, it's a great garment but you may find your arms swimming in extra fabric. A bit of alteration should render this a perfect base layer.
