Sits high on the Torso!

I bought these leggings at an XS for cold nights while traveling. My only qualm with this product is that the torso region of the leggings can be pulled up way high! I had to double check the box to see if the leggings weren't maternity clothes because there is definitely enough room for a huge belly! The waist band even though it's elastic is tight so I wish it had more slack in it. The pant length is just perfect for me at 5'2'' 108lbs. I have to fold the waist band down to just above my hips to where it's comfortable. I bought these pants at a really cheap price and I guess I got a steal but I would NOT recommend these pants at regular price or anything over 30 bucks!
