These pants are light weight and look great. BUT good luck finding them, anywhere. I live in Chicago, and no local retailers carry these.
Sizing is an issue though. I am a 32" waist, 33" inseam and bought the medium regular (long is no longer carried by Backcountry.com). The waist was perfect, but if I was an inch or two larger they would be too tight. The sizing chart lists the medium at 32"-34" inseam, but there is no way I could see a 34" waist fitting in to these.
Length was not good, which is why I am sending them back. The medium regular is too short for me, I have a 33" inseam. These barely come to the top of my boots.
Finding these pants in my size has proven to be literally impossible. BC.com and other retailers do not stock medium long, which is kind of mind boggling considering that 32"-34" waist x 33"-34" inseam is a very common length. BC.com told me that they are not going to get my size in this pant, which is VERY disappointing. Local retailers don't carry it at all, and as far as I know, there isn't a way to order directly from Mountain Hardware.
