Kavu customer service is really just poor to nonexistent. If they don’t want to handle your complaint they transfer you to a different rep or place you on hold until you hang up and redial. So take names and notes when you speak to the reps. If you purchase from Backcountry their warranty is outstanding but if you purchase from Kavu's website they can do what ever they want. Just a warning.
