Sheer-ish - shows a white bra under the black. Excellent when going from cold to hot (in my case, from cold outside weather under other Icebreaker pieces to overheated inside pubs and subways and buses and such), as it's light enough to layer beautifully but not too cool to make you feel like you want another layer. Packs down to nothing. Excellent travel piece.
