Great Winter-Spring Ski/Alpine Climbing Pant

Ranked #456 - Men's Softshell Pants

I work for Mountain Madness, a uniform partner with Helly Hanson as a guide. My attempt at trashing these pants has not gone well, that is to say-they have held up remarkably well the my abuse. The pants fleecy inside grid leaves them both breathable and toasty, prompting me to leave behind a long underwear bottom on several occasions. Thats not to say that they're sweltering in warmer temps either because the crotch and bottom cuff zips let you air out pretty nicely. The DWR lasted quite well and they held back a light rain pretty well. They're a bit on the heavy side of soft shell pants but the for the durability, comfort and cut, they carry their weight. These are like lined Carhart pants for the mountains.
