Great helmet

Good fit and lightweight, I forgot it was on unlike others I've worn. The back dial is a great feature and there's plenty of room for a pony tail without discomfort.

Kyle, That depends on your head circumference (check the sizing chart). Most adults will probably wear a size 2. I wear a size 1, but I have a small head and can't wear one-size-fits-all hats or helmets, no matter how adjustable they are.
