I bought this glove because I needed something for sledheading that's exceptionally dry but without the bulk and warmth of insulation. Manipulating the throttle and brake are much easier and with the grip warmers you don't need the glove to be very warm. This glove fills that niche perfectly over a thin merino liner. Then, when you hop off the sled to skin up the combo remains exactly what you need in winter. Bring along an insulated mitt or something in case your hands get cold and there you go.
