Best Insoles Ever

The design threw more for a loop at first but these have passed the test. I run about 15-20 miles a week on pavement with a CrossFit WOD every day and these insoles continue to impress me. There has been little to no issue of the insole sticking to socks. They feel great if you have medium arches contour follows the natural line of your foot allowing for a smoother stride. I would hesitate putting these in my boots due to the lack of ventilation. All in all a great insole for high intensity physical activity.
