I just got the Charcoal color shirt yesterday. Merino is so very soft and comfortable. Great to sleep in as well. The arms are slimmer as the pictures would seem to indicate. I normally wear a small (130lbs 5'8") but I sized up to have this be a looser fitting everyday shirt.
The length is plentiful.
Went for a bike ride today and the merino feels comfortable even when sweating a ton. Moving around feels great in the shirt as well because of the soft texture and stretch.
I grabbed it off of SAC so I am completely happy with this to wear around everyday.

Just a note...the silk screening tag on the inside of the shirt rubs off easily, but not really important. I suppose that means the minimal external silk screening could rub off, but that obviously doesn't rub on you as often as the back of the shirt.
