Not waterproof, keep this glove in the frontcountry

This is a great glove for warmer days in the ski area. This glove has served me poorly in the backcountry. This glove is not particularly warm and not very waterproof. Your hands will get wet if your working in snow. Love the neoprene cuff and the look of this glove. I also love how durable the exterior has been. This glove is great if you want to stick to lift accessed terrain, but dont count on the waterproofing. Ps. Like other reviewers said, size up

the leather needs to be treated with a sealer, like sno seal or hestra's own stuff. I treated my morrison's with sno seal, no water penetrates. read the instructions.
