My feet are a little wider than normal and I wear a street shoe size of 13. I got the 12.5 and the fit like a glove. Then only negative I can think of is that the laces are quite long and now then shoe lace ends are worn out. Not a biggie. They have great friction and I am really happy with how they have performed.
