Buckle lies

Love these boots, fit me and my fat foot very well and perform very well but my buckle just broke. These Carbon Steel buckles are suppose to be the strongest in the industry, but my boots, which have about 60 days on them just gave way. I do crank my boots pretty tight, but i expected more from these buckles... so be wary of there super strong carbon steel buckles they aren't quite as super as they say they are. (its only $20 bucks to get in replaced though, so no biggie, just wanted to throw it out there)

the experience i had with buckles breaking in my old agent 100s was that it was the rivets that attach the buckle to the part mounted to the boot that break. it happened on 5 of the 8 buckles.

Warren - Could you please elaborate on how the buckle broke? What part/piece of the buckle broke? Did it bend/twist/break? It'd give us a little more to go with. Thanks!
