Stick with the superfeet

I have tried two pairs of these and they were ok. Not impressed with the heat molding because I have high arches and heating them lost some of the arch support. I moved on to the superfeet and wont look back. Look for the white edition superfeet (box white, insoles black) They are made for people with planter fasciatus but are by far the most comfortable insole ever. Also make sure you get the right fit. I am a size 11 1/2 but bought the 13's because it moves the support forward to fit my foot better and you can trim off the extra at the front.

I did exactly what Tim suggested and they work great. No need to heat mold them.

I just wore them out of the box and the wear/body heat molded the footbed around my foot and still kept the high arch support.

The solution for high arches is to try the footbeds first without heat molding. This will allow for the most arch support. If they feel good, just let them wear mold to your feet. If they feel like there is too much arch, then you can heat mold them to match the shape of your arch.
